Meet the Captain
Jim White
With over 40 years of sea-going experience, Captain Jim White is a United States Coast Guard licensed 100 Ton AB Unlimited Captain and power and sail yacht delivery specialist.
Captain White delivers 45-100 foot vessels along the West Coast of North America. Yacht delivery for the west coast includes California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Mexico.
Captain White has also served as captain and crew on commercial container ships on the West Coast, oil transport ships in the Gulf of Mexico, and charter boats in Hawaii. He is an avid sailor, water sportsman and outdoors enthusiast who loves paddle boarding and mountain biking.
Jim has owned four Cal sailboats including his current yacht, Saussy, a Cal 46 at Clipper Yacht Harbor in Sausalito California, and a Cal 46 in Santa Barbara California.
